If you plan to visit our office, please call ahead to be sure we will be on-site. We are often away teaching outreach and programs at our sixteen Maine partner libraries.
 
From the North or South on I-295
Take I-295 Exit 28 (Brunswick Route 1 / Coastal Route, old I-95 exit 22). Go east on Route 1 (Pleasant Street). At the third light continue straight where Route 1 turns left. Pleasant Street then becomes one-way. Follow Pleasant Street to Maine Street. Turn left onto Maine Street and continue through town and pass over Route One. Just afterwards you will see Fort Andross on your left. Turn left here onto Mill Street. Parking: You may park in undesignated parking in the lot to your left, on Mill Street itself, or continue on Mill Street to the parking lot behind the mill. Again, be sure to park in undesignated parking.
 
NOTE: If you cross the Androscoggin River into Topsham on the green bridge you have just passed the mill and need to turn around.
 
From the North on Routes 201, 196 & 24
Drive through Topsham on Route 24 (Main St.), over the green bridge into Brunswick where the road becomes Maine Street. Turn right onto Mill Street at Fort Andross. Parking: You may park in undesignated parking in the lot to your left, on Mill Street itself, or continue on Mill Street to the parking lot behind the mill. Again, be sure to park in undesignated parking.
