Incredible Comparisons
by Russell Ash

I recently read Incredible Comparisons, by Russell Ash. As its name implies, this is a book of comparisons; good and bad, huge and tiny, boiling and freezing. This book is full of facts, from how big Pluto is to the top speed of an airplane. It is well written, with information and illustrations that keep you wanting more. I was very intrigued at the fact that there once was a small volcano in a corn field! This book is easy to follow. Incredible Comparisons has too many strengths to count, and in my opinion, no weaknesses whatsoever. As you read the book, all the information enters your head in a clear and organized way, like an invisible guide, leading you through the book, and explaining everything.

This book makes you want to learn more about everything in the whole wide world. The illustrations are eye popping, clear and correct. They help you understand the information better. They are not too small and not too big. They cannot be improved. An index was
Included in this book, but I didn’t use it.

This book made me think a great deal about how amazing the world is. It was not too challenging, but it was definitely exciting and engaging. It filled me with wonder about how some very tiny things, like atoms, could cause the world to change, and that some huge things, like power plants, cause global warming and pollute the air.

Overall, I would give this book100 percent. I enjoyed this book a lot. It sucked me up,
right into the subject. I was very reluctant to put this book down. I would give this book ten stars out of a five star rating! I’d recommend this book to everyone in the world! I
think this book should become a full Cornerstone and receive top honors
