Book Review

Do you like animals that have very large teeth, and can attack at any second? Are you a selchaphobic? If so, Then Sharks: Challengers of the Deep by Mary M. Cerullo is the book for you! This book has just about everything you need to know about sharks! I learned a lot of things about sharks, like "Sharks may be a cure for cancer," or "more people get killed by bee stings than shark attacks!"

I liked this book because it had interesting facts. I disliked the book because some of the pictures didn't match the writing, and yo may tend to fall asleep at some parts, but besides that, it's awesome! A Strength is that the facts really catch your interest because some of them are humorous! A Fun part of the book was at the beginning where there was a quiz about sharks to help you learn about sharks. When you look at the pictures, its fascinating to actually get a close-up look at a shark! The book has a table of contents, an index, and a bibliography.

I would recommend this book to my friends. I think they would like it! I think this book was a big help for me, because it answered most of my questions! Out of five stars, I give this book a five!

I thought this was a good book because it told about different sharks, what they do, and how to avoid them. It was easy to read too.

An excellent, well-written, highly informative book filled with fascinating facts about these fascinating fish.
