The Secrets of Animal Flight
by Nic Bishop

Book Review

The Secrets of Animal Flight told a lot about birds and insects bones and bodies. It had a lot of great photographs and very easy to read.

~ Taylor C. (TC), Hawthorne School Student, Brunswick

The Secrets of Animal Flight
by Nic Bishop is an excellent book, beautifully illustrated with Bishop's own award-winning, high-speed photographs, with clear descriptions of the many ways that birds, bats and insects fly. A book highly recommended for all ages. My only objection, and it is a minor one, is that Bishop does not talk about what we do not know about animal flight, which is an active field of research.
