Book Review

A tale of a drop of water with beautiful artwork. The Drop in my Drink reads nicely and is very comprehensive. It covers the story of water on the planet and includes erosion, the importance of water to life, deposits, etc. The Drop in my Drink is an enjoyable way to learn about water and its value.

~ Maria Palopoli, Science Teacher, Brunswick Junior High School

The Drop in My Drink is a beautifully illustrated means to explain the wonder and importance of water to the planet and its inhabitants. The authors cover many concepts including the water cycle, the role water plays for plants and animals, and its place in the geologic cycle. This is not a simple approach, but reflects the varied and complex roles that water fills. This title is suitable for older ementary and middle students.
