Coral Reefs: Earth's Undersea Treasures
by Laurence Pringle

Book Review

I think that Coral Reefs by Laurence Pringle is a very good book.

It is good because it really makes sense and tells what is happening in very clear sentences. For example, the part about cleaner fish explained what they look like, what they do, and how they do it. I liked this book because it really explained what was happening and because it had captions to make sure you understood. I think this book was written for someone a little older; the words were a little too long, confusing, and difficult for a second grader. But the information was very well organized. I think I would like to learn more about coral reefs. The photographs were very clear and show exactly what the words are talking about. I also think they were just the right size.

I think overall I do like this book. I would give it a four out of five star rating. This book would be easier to read for a third grader. I would recommend this book.
