Children's Night Sky Atlas
by Robin Scagell

Annotation
Though a children's title, this book will appeal to teens and adults as well for its vibrant and instructive presentation. Included is information about Earth's place in the universe, how to look at the night sky, maps of the North and South Polar skies, the equatorial skies, a guide to northern and southern hemisphere stars, and full spreads devoted to the major constellations. Clear overlays are used to connect each constellation's component stars on a paired photo page. This allows the viewer to compare the photo of the night sky to the photo with overlay.
